Our fee arrangements are flexible.
We wish to work with you in a manner that best suits the needs
of your particular business, whether that involves working on
an individual task, or on an hourly or monthly basis. Long-term
and ongoing relationships have proven to be the most effective,
since familiarity with your needs, your parameters, and your
long-term goals will enable us to work with you to develop the
most effective strategies, and ultimately to provide your company
with the most benefits.
Fees for professional services performed
outside of our offices are contracted on your behalf. For
example, if you require the services of an attorney, a freight
forwarder, or a CA (Chartered Accountant), we will arrange those
services for you. You can pay these service providers directly
or if you wish, we can maintain a cash balance on your behalf
and pay these services from your cash account. Cost estimates
and payment schedules for these services will be provided to
you prior to engaging them.
Costs of our time and services vary,
depending on the level of employee expertise required.
Our overall rates are predicated on the amount of time devoted
exclusively to working with your business matters. All work
will be monitored and supervised by top management, insuring
accuracy and efficiency.
Arrangements for the reimbursement of incidental costs such
as telephones, postage, travel & hotel expenses, etc. will
be made when a relationship between our companies is first established.
We can structure a weekly, bi-monthly
or monthly fee for your company, based upon an estimated workload.
A fee arrangement will be established based upon the amount
of time that your estimated workload will require. We emphasize
that our fees are custom "tailored" to meet your needs,
and at any point, we can mutually adjust this arrangement if
your needs change. One of the major benefits of our service
is that you will only be charged for time dedicated directly
to handling your business matters. No more wasted salaries,
no more wasted time, and no more wasted expenses. We are
confident that once we have begun working closely with your
company, you will agree that we have provided substantial benefits
to you and your company in relation to our fees.
We are quite confident of our abilities,
and we are willing to offer our services to new clients on a
trial basis. We know that continued relationships
